Atp introduces high-performance nvme n600i ssd drives
Table of contents:
ATP has announced a new NVMe SSD in M.2 format, called N600i. While the ATP N600C uses 3D NAND MLC memory, the N600i uses Industrial Temp 3D NAND MLC. The new SSD module is designed to withstand a wide range of operating temperatures, ranging from -40 ° C to 85 ° C.
N600i - New ATP High Performance SSD Drive
This resistor addresses common power and heat issues in fanless embedded systems, as well as extreme temperature variations in IoT applications, allowing them to operate reliably in harsh and demanding environments.
The ATP N600i uses the NVMe protocol and runs at PCIe 3.0 x4 speeds. The result is high transfer rates, about 6 times faster than standard SATA SSD speeds. The N600i is capable of sequential read and write speeds of 2, 540 MB / s and 1, 100 MB / s respectively, plus a random read IOPS (input / output per second) of 100, 000.
The device uses the M.2 2280 form factor (length 80mm, width 22mm) and comes in capacities up to 1TB. In terms of reliability, the ATP N600i has a Total Written Byte Rating (TBW) of 1, 280 TB, with an average time of 2, 000, 000 hours before use (MTBF).
At the moment we do not know the price they will have for the general public and neither is their release date specified.
