Gigabye releases the geforce gtx 980 waterforce

Gigabyte, the world leader in gaming hardware, has announced the launch of its new Gigabyte GeForce GTX GTX 980 WATERFORCE graphics card (GV-N980WAOC-4GD) that arrives with an all-in-one closed liquid cooling circuit.

The Gigabyte GeForce GTX GTX 980 WATERFORCE combines exclusive Gigabyte technologies, top-quality components and innovations to deliver the best gaming experience on the market in demanding 4K resolution. At the same time, it offers much quieter and more efficient operation than conventional air-cooled cards.

The Gigabyte GeForce GTX GTX 980 WATERFORCE comes with extensive connectivity options with its two DVI connectors, three DisplayPorts and an HDMI for highly versatile operation and to suit all users. The LED lighting on the Gigabyte logo and the support for the GIGABYTE OC GURU II software could not be missing to be able to configure multiple card parameters such as frequencies, fan rotation speed and power target, among others.

Cooling up to the best GPU

Its pre-installed liquid cooling system uses a pair of SFP tubes with enough flexibility to be easily installed in any chassis. The cooling module covers all the critical areas of the card such as the GPU, VRM and memory chips for much more efficient cooling and without requiring the presence of an auxiliary fan. The tubes arrive perfectly sealed to prevent evaporation.

The set comes complete with a very quiet 120mm radiator, fan and pump to deliver 38.8% greater cooling capacity than Nvidia's benchmark heatsink and much quieter operation.

Prepared for the heaviest overclocking

The Gigabyte GTX 980 WATERFORCE comes with GPU Gauntlet Sorting technology that guarantees superior overclocking capabilities while reducing the heat generated. Only the best GPUs are used in the Gigabyte GTX 980 WATERFORCE to be able to extract until the last MHz.
