The Core i7 9700K will feature a base clock speed of 3.6GHz, although it will be able to reach a maximum clock speed of 4.9GHz thanks to the turbo mode. The presence of 12MB of L3 cache is also confirmed, the same amount as the Core i7 8700K despite the difference in cores.
