Inside it will hide the NAND 3D TLC memory manufactured by IMFlash Technology. These new Intel 610P devices will arrive in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB and 2TB to meet the needs of all users.

Intel also works in smaller versions with an M.2-1620 form factor and intended for very compact computers where the best performance is sought. These are units made up of multiple NAND chips together with an advanced controller in a single package. They will also come in BGA variants with capacities of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. No details on its performance are known but it is known that Intel plans its launch for the fourth quarter of 2017.
