Msi announces the gtx 1070 duke edition
One of the industry's leading graphics card assemblers has just unveiled the GTX 1070 Duke Edition, a fully customized model of the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070. The model that was announced, in principle for Asia, has been shown in images with a completely new cooling system compared to the reference model.
This is one of the first solutions that MSI has presented for the new Pascal-based Nvidia graphics, using a Tri-Frozr heatsink and fans very similar to the Asus GTX 1070 Strix or the GTX 980 Ti Lightning of the MSI itself, a solution which seems to work well enough to keep this chip cool.
The PCB used by MSI is the same one I use for the GTX 1070 Gaming X, so we intuit it will use the same power connectors, that is, one 8-pin and the other 6-pin. Aesthetically MSI plays classic with black and white colors along with vinyl textures on the front and back of the graphics card.

Unfortunately, at the time of writing these lines, the technical specifications of the GTX 1070 Duke Edition are not known and if it will carry some kind of factory overclocking, but we assume that it will. Since we do not know the specifications, we do not know the price at which it will be marketed and if it reaches the West, so the famous Chinese assembler leaves us with honey on our lips until further notice. We will be looking for more details about this MSI option.
