MSI has taken advantage of this CES 2019 to present its new line of GS75 Stealth and Full Gaming laptops that equip the new Turing Nvidia GeForce RTX graphics cards. If there were any announcements we were looking forward to, they were certainly the MSI products, and you have not disappointed with these new gaming beasts.

Gaming laptops for every player with Wi-Fi-6 (coming soon)

MSI comes with an interesting and extensive range of notebooks in which the models and the variety of benefits abound. In this way, it intends to approach all kinds of audiences and best meet the needs of each one.

Without a doubt, the Nvidia Turin technology is going to be the most talked about these days, since there have been announcements by the brands themselves, the manufacturers of custom cards and of course the new range of laptops from practically all brands. With Ray Tracing in real time and improved artificial intelligence this year's laptops are going to level up a lot in terms of graphics performance and real-time rendering capabilities.

The new range of MSI gaming laptops is made up of different models and variants that we will be seeing throughout the post. But they all implement the new RTX and metal chassis. The models will be: MSI GS75 Stealth, GS65 Stealth, GT75 Titan, GT63 Titan, GE75 Rider, GE63 Rider RGB, GL73 and finally the GL63. There is nothing.

One of the most significant characteristics that we must highlight is that this new range of MSI laptops will have Wi-Fi connectivity using the 802.11ax protocol in the future, which will allow for higher speeds, more bandwidth and lower latency, to enjoy our games are cables. Of course, for now we do not have those variants available.

Stealth, GS75 and GS65 range laptops

The GS75 Stealth is a Max-Q design notebook with only 18.95 mm thickness that mounts a GTX 2080 inside and an 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor, of which no details have been given. The chassis is built in aluminum and features the new Cooler Boost cooling system for best performance. Its screen is no less than 17.3 inches Full HD with IPS panel and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The weight of this laptop is only 2.2 Kg.

On the other hand, we have the small version of this range that is the GS65 Stealth, a team with identical credentials in terms of graphics card, processor and a 15.6-inch screen, also FullHD and 144 Hz.

Here we leave the table with the main characteristics of each team.

GT Titan range laptops, more power with Intel core i9 and RTX 2080

We now turn to see the higher range than the previous one, in this case we do not have Max-Q design laptops, they are laptops with the latest from the manufacturer Intel and Nvidia to give us maximum power in any type of games. The Titan range is intended for the most enthusiastic, as they have been up to now with previous models.

Both teams, the MSI GT75 Titan and GT63 Titan have a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080 8GB GDDR6 graphics card inside, and a cooler boost cooling system to reduce the temperature of the interior of these devices. The GT75 model has an Intel Core i9 processor with unlocked cores, although no details of the model are given, a 17.3-inch screen, either with 4K or FullHD resolution at 144 Hz to choose. For its part, the GT63 Titan model mounts an Intel Core i7 a 15.6 "screen in either FullHD 144 Hz or UHD 4K resolution.

In no model do they give details of the storage capacity that their different options have, something that would be interesting to know, although as in the previous case we will have different configurations available that will vary in cost, of course. The keyboard on the GT75 Titan will be mechanical and with RGB lighting from the manufacturer SteelSeries customizable.

We then leave the table of technical characteristics of these models:

MSI GE75 Rider and GE63 Rider packed with RGB lighting

In these models the brand is committed to aggressive design with laptops full of RGB lighting to raise the FPS while playing "motivated". The fact is that both teams mount once again an Nvidia RTX 2080 8 GB GDDR6, and an 8th generation Intel Core i7 processor of which, of course, no details are given.

The display configurations keep up the trend of Stealth models with 17.3 and 15.6-inch panels in FullHD and 144 Hz. In this case we do not have a mechanical keyboard in either of the two models or 4K resolutions. They are also not equipment with a Max-Q design and the weight amounts to 2.6 Kg.

We leave the table of characteristics below:

GL73 and GL63 mid-range models with Nvidia RTX 2060

We end with the most "discreet" models and they are sure to have a lower cost for users. In this case, both teams mount a Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB GDDR6 graphics card and an Intel Core i7, we suppose that inferior to the rest of the models.

The screen also drops one notch to stand at 17.3 and 15.6-inch sizes, but with a 120Hz refresh rate with 3ms response and Full HD resolution. These devices are not Max-Q design either and their keyboard will only be available with Red lighting.

Price and availability

Well, we do not have a price, nor do we have availability, since the brand did not want to comment on this aspect. We hope that the prices of the highest-end notebooks will be around 3, 000 euros or 3, 500 and the models with RTX 2060 will be between 2, 000 and 2, 500 euros. In this way they will be on equal terms with other brands.

As for availability, we hope that throughout this month sizes will be published and some models will even be released. In any case, we can only wait for more details to mark in your press releases. We will be pending and we will publish the updates. How do you see this range of MSI laptops, what do you think will be the key model? Feel free to comment right down here.
