These rumors come from zhangzhonghao, who published information about the Navi 21 in Chiphell and machbbs . The source indicates that Navi 21 will feature AMD's RDNA 2 graphics architecture and will come with support for hardware accelerated Ray Tracing.

Currently AMD's Radeon RX 5700 XT competes with Nvidia's RTX 2060 Super and Nvidia's RTX 2070 in most cases. We have also observed that, in GPU-limited scenarios, Nvidia's RTX 2080 Ti can deliver twice the performance boost than a mid-range Nvidia RTX 2060. If AMD's GPU clock speeds are kept high with Navi 21, this should make AMD's 80 CU graphics card more powerful than Nvidia's RTX 2080 Ti.
As for size, AMD's Radeon RX 5700 XT silicon occupies approximately 251 square millimeters. The recently photographed Microsoft 7nm Xbox series silicon is approximately 407 square millimeters in size. This means that a Radeon graphics card with twice as many CUs as the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT should be easily fabricable. If a console chip can be larger than 401 square millimeters, AMD could make a high-end 450-500 square millimeter graphics card.
