Unboxing and design

NZXT H440 EnVyUs comes inside a large cardboard box in which the color blue predominates clearly, on the front we see the logo of the brand and EnVyUs… and little else since the design is extremely simple. At the back its main features are detailed in several languages including Spanish.

Once we open the box we find the NZXT H440 EnVyUs chassis perfectly protected by several pieces of high quality cork and a protective bag to prevent scratches on its surface. A lot of care has been taken to ensure that it reaches the hands of the final consumer in the best possible conditions and it is not for nothing, as we are talking about a high-end product with all that this entails.

Along with the chassis all the screws and accessories necessary for mounting the system are delivered.

We are already focused on the NZXT H440 EnVyUs, from the first moment it is clear that we are dealing with a product of excellent quality, the chassis reaches dimensions of 220 mm x 513 mm x 480 mm and a weight of 9.75 Kg, a high figure This is due to the use of the highest quality SECC steel and ABS plastic for its manufacture.

As we can see, the NZXT H440 EnVyUs is a chassis with a fairly minimalist appearance that is far from excessively aggressive designs, thereby trying to adapt to the tastes of all users, however different they may be.

Most of the chassis is black, although we can see details in white, black and details in blue. The color combination is very good since black always feels great and the touches of white help to avoid a possible excess of monotony, blue may not be as convincing but this is already something totally subjective.

The front is formed by a cover that includes the logo of the brand in white, if we remove it we have access to the area in which up to three 120 mm or two 140 mm fans can be located to offer a large inlet flow of fresh air inside the system.

Alongside the front edges we find a perforated metal design to allow more air flow to the fans. All this protected by a dust filter.

We move to the upper area where the controls and connection ports have been located, we have a total of two USB 3.0 ports along with two USB 2.0 ports, the 3.5 mm jack connectors for audio and micro and the button of power on and reset. Here we can also place three 120mm fans two 140mm fans.

In the back we find a very typical design with a 120 mm fan (included) although we can change it for a 140 mm one. We continue with 7 expansion slots, the installation area of the power supply at the bottom with a dust filter and two holes to pass the hoses or liquid cooling tubes.

At the bottom stand out the four plastic legs with a rubber finish to prevent vibrations.

Interior and mounting example

We go to see the interior of the NZXT H440 EnVyUs, this chassis allows us to install a Mini-ITX, MicroATX or ATX motherboard, which will adapt to the needs and tastes of all users.

Compatibility with the most advanced components is more than guaranteed since we will be able to mount a CPU heatsink with a height of up to 180 mm and graphics cards of up to 428 mm, the latter if we disassemble the hard drive cage, otherwise it is limited to 294 mm.

If we intend to mount a very high-end graphics card it is possible that the space is quite fair if we do not remove the cage from the hard drives.
