In this way, we already have the leakage of two Navi graphics cards, RX 5700XT and RX 5700. The specifications of both cards have been leaked online, revealing that the Radeon RX 5700 is basically a Navi based version based on AMD's RX 590/580 series cards, offering the same number of Stream Processors with the benefits of Radeon's Navi architecture, higher clock speeds, and GDDR6 memory.

AMD has claimed that its Navi / RDNA graphics architecture offers a 25% increase in IPC compared to the company's next- generation offerings, which when combined with higher core clock speeds will provide gamers with more than one 25% improvement in gaming performance by Stream Processors, which is an incredible leap in performance generation.
This should give us a clue to the jump we could see between an RX 5700 and RX 580/590, of around 25% in performance improvement. Of course, this value remains to be seen, but it is an estimate.

They have also reported that AMD offers its users an improved video encoder / decoder with Navi, as well as a new multi-level cache structure, improved delta color compression (to provide more effective memory bandwidth) and increased compute efficiency for a diverse selection of gaming and computing workloads.
