Very useful to transport our information from PC to PC.Refrigeration and anti-vibration: The box is made of aluminum and steel metals that work as heat sinks to release heat and prevent unwanted vibrations.

Performance is one of its most important points, since it does not affect in any way the units that we install. We have tested a high-end SSD such as the Kingston V200 + 120GB and it has given us 200 mb / s of reading and 150 mb / s of sequential writing. Very good results!

The only thing we miss is a lock or a security mechanism to avoid removing the discs. In the ICY DOCK MB992SK-B model it does include it, but it is true that designers do not have much space to put it.
