Streamcom DB4 features

The Streamcom DB4 is a PC chassis with dimensions of 260 x 260 x 270mm with the capacity to house a Mini ITX motherboard and two PCI cards with a height of 110 mm and a length of 200 mm. It also allows up to a maximum of 5 3.5 ″ hard drives or 12 2.5 ″ drives to be installed for large storage capacity. It is powered by STreamcom Nano or ZeroFlex PSUs.

This Streamcom DB4 chassis is presented with a symmetrical design that gives it great elegance, its construction is based on high quality aluminum with a thickness of 13 mm for a very premium finish and an unbeatable appearance. Both side panels are removable as well as the compartment for the motherboard. The Streamcom DB4 uses universal mounting brackets that allow hard drives to be placed, and heatsinks in multiple locations for greater flexibility.

Its design has been thought to solve the main drawback of fanless equipment, heat. The Streamcom DB4 keeps the motherboard perpendicular with the side panels so that the heat rises in such a way that it does not affect the delicate electronic components that it houses inside. The CPU mounting system has been redesigned to make it compatible with almost all sockets, it includes a copper layer that is located between the IHS of the processor and the heatpipes for maximum heat transfer in order to achieve more efficient cooling.
