HomePods don't convince
It is a figure that is surprising for how low it is. Since in the past we have seen as users who regularly buy Apple products, they usually buy the new devices that the firm launches on the market. Although with this HomePod the situation is not being like this. The distribution of the product, still quite limited, may be affecting its sales.
In the United States, Apple has a 6% market share in the smart speaker segment. A figure too low compared to its rivals Amazon and Google, which share this market. And the distances do not stop increasing.
So the company has to do something about these HomePods soon, since its sales do not start and its competition increasingly distances itself. It does not appear that the improvements made are having the desired effect. What does the company need to make them sell better?
